It would be interesting to take the question a step further. Was expressing more outrage a result of the Likes and Shares or is it the individual has discovered a place where there are not consequences/questioning for expressing founded or unfounded outrage. In person, if you are to express outrage you run the risk of being directly challenged. If you are in a system when the simplest forms of feed back are positive in nature ( Like, Share ) you most likely find you can express outrage without negative consequences.
