It’s also relatively rare to come across devs who are as eloquent as people in other fields (they do exist obviously) though I have come across many curt and quiet lawyers and accountants. I think the best bet is to get this from somewhere else, I found dating really helped me. You need thick skin for that one. Maybe helping out in the community or joining a sports team might give you what you’re after.
