Noncompete Agreements Are Everywhere, Even Neighborhood Yoga Studios
- tchock23 5y agoI’m not a lawyer, but wouldn’t a non solicitation agreement have been sufficient in this yoga studio scenario? If a teacher collects names at the door to later pitch them on their new studio, that would be a violation - yet still allow them to work in the industry as long as they solicit brand new clients.
