For some international contractors this can be a nice pay bump, but I wonder if it's just hay fire and in a few months time companies realize that keeping a remote team functional requires work and they decide to just roll back. Time will tell.
- MattGaiser 5y agoMy company has a intriguing combo of mandatory office with most teams being distributed. So you are guaranteed a remote work environment from an open office. I really don’t think that will work long term, so can see a lot of restructuring.
