What about counting institutionalized people in places like nursing homes and prisons? How do you count people in cars with multiple occupants? How do you know who’s a resident any who’s a foreign visitor?
- robbedpeter 5y agoWe'll need an agency of people inspectors, authorized to enter residences and institutions to count people.
- postoak 5y agoIf we hire everyone to be a people inspector we can use the employment records as the census.
- mensetmanusman 5y agoI wonder, census doesn’t, and can never, be exact, it is about allocating resources to support people using infrastructure.
