If you happen to be in UK, I'd recommend trying an ISP like bethere While Be are a much better ISP, they do implement the IWF watchlist and so are technically capable of complying with a similar order, should one come along. If you really care about this then I'd recommend one of the smaller ISPs, such as AAISP, who have said that they don't (and won't!) do any filtering. Of course if everyone starts moving to ISPs like that then it's likely that the government will try to force the issue.
