All leaders are human. All humans are flawed. This is why government is always corrupted in someway. There is no way around it. Additionally, the humans who fancy themselves as not flawed to the point where they are able to effectively lead and decide for others is a major red flag that they are not. Which to me is the great irony of democracy.
