Very funny to see a post lamenting people falling for "cognitive traps" and then repeating falsehoods like a 3% infection fatality rate (a massive overstatement of the real number which is itself highly stratified by age and comorbidity cohorts) or that the new variants are more deadly.
- rbanffy 5y agoHow do you get the “real” number? If it’s a conspiracy, it’s one that spans dozens of governments, because the numbers are close to that pretty much everywhere. To say nothing about all those governments being really good at keeping secrets. But that’s beside the point. How was it determined that the vaccines, mRNA, viral fragments, or inactive virus, have higher fatalities than the disease itself?
