I never understood the logic of American companies asking to fill up your "race". Isn't it a tool of racism itself to do such things.
- doit4thebitties 5y agoThe doublespeak of wokeness glossary: Sexist - Discrimination against anyone except a cis straight man. That means requiring half of company board members to be women is not sexist because only men are disempowered. Feminism is also not sexist even if it blindly advances all causes of and for women at any cost because the ends justify the means. Racist - Discrimination against anyone not White, or not Asian as applied to academics. SCOTUS condones Harvard's selection process that advances skin-color over merit. The worst demographic to be right now is a cis straight older white man. The suicide rates, diseases, conditions, and addictions of despair for this demographic are off the charts.
