Apple's disregard for security and privacy is mind-boggling
- zepto 5y agoFrankly the author is right, but only for the small subset of users who are capable and willing to managing the privacy and security of their own system. For all that Apple is disregarding this group’s preferences, this group is disregarding the needs of the vast majority of Apple’s customers. The irony is that for those capable of making their own security choices, there is a plethora of good options, Linux being the obvious answer. For those who want someone else to make security and privacy choices for them, Apple is the only good option.
