Amazon to Monitor Customer Service Workers’ Keyboard and Mouse Strokes
- dbish 5y agoThis is an interesting approach to the problem (and do read the article instead of just the headline since they differ in what Amazon is potentially planning). They’re basically fingerprinting computer usage to know if someone else has control/is using the machine. I’ve built authorial fingerprints for writing style, but never thought about typing style. I wonder how unique these interaction styles are. First step may be dead simple anyway, just make sure it seems like an expected human speed of typing, nothing fancy beyond that.
