No need for being nasty about it, the comment flags clear things about cognitive load of choices, and you hand waive these away. Yet, actively choosing to not take these choices is a valid choice that may free up energy for other activities. I don’t see how the comment actively argues for forcing everyone into the office. Sure there’s a point about taking pauses, but that’s it.
