Whom would you rely on to handle something that matters to you:
A. Someone who refuses to eat until they start collapsing from hunger?
B. Someone who eats regular meals?
- fortuna86 5y agoYou didn't answer my question. Was this a healthy and sustainable business before, or were these changes necessary for survival?
- afarrell 5y agoSomewhere in the middle but towards the latter end of things. I believe that before the licenses, they did not have the recurring revenue to pay for a high-quality support team.
