Emotion can matter but should not be required. Information is most important, the rest is nice to have in certain contexts.
- bittercynic 5y agoI think this depends on the context, and sometimes the emotional content of a message is is an essential, or even the central part of it. When trying to help someone feeling discouraged/defeated to feel better emotion can make a huge difference.
