Most of the power sector’s emissions come from a small minority of plants
- ars 5y agoUnless I'm really reading this wrong, this is just a list of the largest power plants? This doesn't seem to be a list of CO2/Energy, which would actually be useful.
- bradknowles 5y agoBut you can look at how much CO2 they’re putting out, and then work out how provide the same amount of power with lower CO2 emissions. Volume of CO2 emissions is the critical factor here.
- simon_000666 5y agoThat’s crazy, so basically find alternatives for those worst 5% and for example in Germany reduce CO2 from the power sector by 90%.
