Stop blaming yourself for the climate crisis

The narrative doesn't need to change from one just to blame someone else. AFAIK, government is elected by people. Companies don't exist just selling things among themselves, their end goal is to sell things to people and earn money (and distribute dividends to people). No one is solely responsible for climate changes, and "stop blaming yourself" is an assured way to just wash your hands and pretend that someone else will take iniciatives to solve everything.
