I really love the way this post was written and wish more folks would adopt a similar approach. The author lists his experience and what's he's learned, but also lists his limitations, and areas where he might not be as authoritative, like at the end when he mentions that he's only worked for a few companies and tended to trade salary for security. It's refreshing to see advice dispensed from years of experience while also maintaining a tone of humility.
