My question is not "is it possible for the government to make a law to prevent people from X if they don't do Y." I don't know if vaccinating every kid would have the disired effect the parent is looking for. I think the parent's suggestion to "just force people to get it" is incredibly simplistic and unfeasible considering the current laws and structure of government.
