If the water is still running - can't people spend a lot of time in the bathtub?
- theshrike79 5y agoIt only works if the water is cooler than the ambient air. A bathtub full of water will warm up to ambient at some point and won't be as effective after that.
- ljf 5y agoIn the locations this happens, does everyone : have access to a bath (one per family member), running water (in a city were everyone is running a bath at the same time), a job where the aren't forced to go out and work every day to survive?
