I disagree, it just shows that NASA was willing to take more risks/ fail-fast approach. "if you aren't failing you're not trying hard enough".

- ncmncm 5y agoThat is very far from the sort of risk they mean. Incompetence is never the place to squander your risk budget. There is plenty of competence on the ground, and it is not slower.
