This is completely wrong. Also, being "gone" which he actually isn't and is going to take I believe 30 days is not an excuse to not charge him for criminal acts. He deserves to be in jail for a long time. He's done some seriously illegal things and destroyed lives separate from killing people in nursing homes and tons of other horrible things. He abused his power and so did his criminal father. If he was a republican, he would be charged 100%
