There's a large difference in capex required to start and operate a lending/borrowing protocol on Ethereum vs starting a bank/credit union that has nothing to do with regulation.

- diamond559 5y agoLook at the size of a dev team for Uniswap or Aave, then look at the number of employees for Wells Fargo. Then look at the physical assets of a bank like their branches and office space.
