You most certainly can buy and sell derivatives. Many (most?) discount brokers offer at least equity options, and many offer commodity futures.

- thewarrior 5y agoI don't need a license or a lawyer or anything ? I'm talking about creating and selling new types of contracts not trading what brokers already offer.
