The sciencealert page is a digest of the author’s university’s digest. The papers themselves are usually much better material. Quite understandable in my experience. That said, as someone in a relationship with autoimmune diabetes, I hope this work comes to fruition. It’s obviously a good idea to try to research and develop this further.
