These seem to be high-rank officials. Why do they do that kind of dirty work?
- siasia 5y agoWell, a press secretary is a big figure in an informational autocracy so the militia commander makes a favor to press-secretary to prove his loyalty to Lukashenka. She in turn has some fun and also proves her loyalty to him.
