I’ve come to the conclusion that it might be better to just record every aspect of my life as a CYA measure. In my state it would be legal.
Not sure I could do it with a GoPro. Something small and hidden with a 128gb SD card would be best.
- voakbasda 5y agoBe careful with this. Laws about recording people can be strict. And you can expect to be stopped and questioned by the police when they notice your rig. At least, that’s what happened to me.
- wil421 5y agoYes you can be trespassed for doing it in places that ban it but I don’t think you’d be arrested unless they asked you to stop previously. It should be allowed in ALL public places, especially if it’s visible.
