Clicking the link takes me to a message board.

Copypaste it into your browser URL. jcs.org server is configured to redirect all clicks coming from Hacker News to Lobsters. Why? Ask the website owner.

The link target is correct. I think the owner of the target site redirects visitors from HN to lobste.rs which is an alterantive HN UI/client. Anyway, just copy the link and open it manually in a new tab to read the initial blog post.

Lobsters has nothing to do with HN except that Josh made it after a fallout with HN and apparently is still salty about it.

This is JCS, so, as usual, you can't click the link directly. At least it's nothing obscene anymore. Either open the link on a new tab or use this archive: https://archive.is/UDPru https://archive.is/UDPru
