Could this be straightforwardly extended to validating correctness of filesystems? I'm thinking of the case of developing a FUSE-based filesystem -- it'd be nice to have a test suite you can run that guarantees you haven't broken your filesystem's consistency. Or are there already tools for this that every budding filesystem developer should look to?
