A large observational study - no paper yet, but great data.
They compared 2 groups of PCR positive patients - 3269 patients who received Ivermectin this winter and 18,149 patients who did not.
Dosage was 0.6 mg/kg for 5 days - a higher anti-viral dose, as lower doses are mostly just immunomodulatory.
Great results, again will be met with silence. Great that no safety issues were reported with this high dose.
Immunomodulation is now accepted as Ivermectin's mechanism of action for Covid-19 at low dosage levels- see the Pasteur paper on this:

Anti-viral doses are higher than standard 0.2 mg/kg and work early in the disease course. In this study, 0.6 mg/kg led to stat sig faster viral clearance for patients with higher Ivermectin levels in plasma in this dosing study:

If someone arrives in the ambulance with 105°F and can barely breath and can't sign the paperwork, is s/he added to the trial group, the test group or excluded? What happens if someone dies during the first 5 days? Did the patients in the trial group receive any additional care? (For example in a recent study in Mexico, all the patients in the trial group got daily calls to check their health, but only some of the people in the control group got that.) Were the patients in the trial and control group get the same level of hospital quality? (For example, if the trial group was in on of the big hospital in the capital city of the province, and the control group was in the smaller cities of the province, sometime the quality of the smaller hospitals is worse.)
