Now, those with actual intent to create and distribute are going to be far more cautious and use more secure systems. The actual perpetrators of abuse slip through the cracks once again while we pat ourselves on the back that we maybe will catch a few idiots that only consume it. Same happened with Fosta, same with the war on drugs. The actual perpetrators don't get caught, the abuse continues, but the metrics make it look good.
