I am for sure pro-Kytch in this, but seems a little backwards that Kytch has obviously acquired Taylor machines to build there devices, but now Taylor has to turnover all there Kytch devices.
- whatshisface 5y agoI think it's alleged that Taylor acquired Kytch's devices them under the table whereas Kytch acquired them outright and in a way Taylor isn't disputing.
- phkahler 5y agoTaylor probably didnt sign an NDA with Kytch, and neither did thousands of McDonalds employees (probably).
- fragmede 5y agoMcDonald's employees probably agree to a large number of clauses in their employment contract with the restaurant and so are likely covered by some sort of NDA. Just like a random employee at a SaaS company doesn't have an NDA with Amazon personally, but AWS are covered under their NDA with the company, and the employees' contract with the company.
