  Ahh, yes, what in the world would we do with the barely technical product manager filled with delusions of grandeur trying to re-invent the wheel and "revolutionize" the UX with every release.

  Looks like it's marketing material for a "development agency", so probably a few non-technical salesmen and managers that act as a middleman between the client and a bodyshop. > We call them the “CEO of the project” as they’re ultimately responsible for connecting the dots to make sure goals are hit in a timely manner as well as for problem-solving when an issue surfaces. PM managing devs is a red flag.

  It’s worth remembering that almost none of the world’s most used apps/websites had a team like this when they were created.
