- watchandwait 15y agoA victim host might be violating the terms of the lease by subletting their apartment, or could be violating local zoning or hotel permitting laws.
- pavel_lishin 15y agoAnd how much is their lease that paying the penalty is worth having their entire apartment trashed, their identity stolen, etc., etc?
