American Shoppers Are a Nightmare
- nickthemagicman 5y agoI've noticed businesses becoming more and more customer hostile as they become near monopolies. Terrible quality, customer service wait times of 45 minutes or more, shrinkflation, predatory contracts, etc. etc. Modern Capitalism does not appear to be healthy in a lot of areas.
- RGamma 5y agoAs a Euro I've wondered what drives this insufferable consumer entitlement in the US as on display at r/publicfreakout. This one puts it into perspective. I really appreciate The Atlantic's on point writing. More European-centric themes would make me subscribe.
