Indexing is less of a hindsight at this point.
- riazrizvi 5y agoBased on the example of USA Inc? Over this time period what about Germany Inc? Or China Inc? Had Hitler used his artillery to wipe out the British Expeditionary Force retreating at Normandy, UK Inc investors would have lost their shirts.
