I enjoy my car. I enjoy maintaining a building, going hiking, exploring the countryside, etc. The left wing politics, density, and “urbanness” of big cities is not for me. I much prefer the open road, nature, etc. I want to retire to 10 acres of land. All of that, I can’t do without a car. I don’t think everyone could live like you, since it’s just not the majority societal preference. People never evolved to live in concrete jungles.
