  "using 3d printing" ... let's wedge in another buzzword! How can we get "blockchain" in? How about "distributed"? I see they worked in "AI" already. If going through an extrusion nozzle makes a foodstuff "3d printed" then the snack food market was taken over by the technique ages ago. Meanwhile, any actual developments are buried under mountains of hype laden, buzzword bingo, investor masturbating persiflage, such that an innocent bystander might think that describes the whole discipline. I could apply this rant to any number of "hot markets" right now.
