- maccard 5y agoNo. It was arbitration, not a case first off. Secondly berry's allegations may be backed up by actual proof, which is not discussed in this article. Thirdly, almost all cases (short of DNA proof) are they-said, and it's up to an independent third party to find out where the truth lies.
