It looks like as many young adults were vaccinated in March as in February, but deaths drop off quickly. I suspect if "number of vaccines given" was displayed on the chart, ideally grouped by week instead of month, it would be more obvious that the increase in deaths actually preceded the vaccinations, rather than the other way around.
