Good luck with Airbnb support or most of those "on an iPhone" based companies that think they have brought something new to the world. When everything works great, it's fine. When you have a problem you're given the run around. If these aren't the people you rented the space too, inform them they are trespassing and call the police if they won't leave. Video it all and post it on Twitter and link it to Airbnb to complain how they refused to assist. They only way to get action from these companies is to embarrass them in to it.
