"Man accidentally gets charged new features, but then reverses them without any hassle." Don't get me wrong, I hate Tesla and how they treat their customers but this isn't a case of that. I have a Model 3, and my friend who ordered a Model S is getting screwed with delivery and it's ridiculous. I have another friend who signed an agreement for Solar Roof and Tesla is now refusing to honor that agreement and wants him to pay double the cost now. It's very crooked, but what this article is complaining about doesn't appear to be anything except bitching and moaning over something that was easily reverside.
