Yes, there is a right button in the Apple world. Yes, the very earliest version didn’t have the concept of multiple mouse buttons but a couple of decades ago, they did implement it. The Apple mouse lets you click on the left or right side of the mouse. There just are not discrete buttons. Third party mice have multiple buttons just like Windows. You can always hold the Option key and click on something to trigger the right-click action.
