- joshuamorton 5y agoAnd specifically that they go out of their way to ensure that no color or colors are inherently good or bad. White and black are both colors in mtg, and conventionally associated with good and evil. But the color wheel has more complexity (white: order, tradition, conformity, black: self-determination, power, independence) which allows for flavorful white villains and black heroes. E.x. censorship is almost pure-white or maybe blue white depending on what kind of censorship, and Tor and sci-hub and ad-blockers etc. Are all black or black-red in nature.
- ThePadawan 5y agoDon't forget the greatest evil of all is in White: Taxes. /j (I should clarify: I personally find taxation an unfun gameplay style in MtG, not a societal evil in real life).
