People invest tons of their most precious resources — time, mindshare and energy — on their career, and yet do very little conscious planning for it.
Yuga is a Career Planner allowing users to introspect their past/current work, define North Star goals and plan for the near-future (1, 2 years). Yuga also includes a Work Journal to track weekly progress (and also to not lose track of cool things they work on for future resume/self-appraisal writing).
Users can also invite a mentor of their choice onto the Career Planner to give advice on plans.
Yuga helps companies too: we believe that when companies/managers engage on such an employee-centric platform with the employee, their odds of retention go up dramatically. Managers can use Yuga to work on the employee Career Planner and commit opportunities that align with employee interests and they can both track periodic 1:1s in a mutually visible view. This is B2B, but unlike all other HR/corporate processes/software, goes from the employee to the company, instead of the other way around. For context, Yuga uses LinkedIn for login, not enterprise auth.
An engineering analogy if you care: if LinkedIn is the run time of your career, Yuga is the design time environment.
Months ago, this was a rather raw idea:

PS: Built proudly on no-code using bubble.io — no-code is real, the developer for Yuga is a product manager with a premier school MBA — the anti-thesis of the pro-code developer :)
