It's because some people think the way Google, Microsoft, Facebook, etc. build web pages is considered "best practice" and try to emulate them. It's actually worst practice for all but the largest companies and teams. We as an industry need to start doing a much, much better job communicating to all relevant parties that the best way to build most web sites/apps most of the time will look radically different from how Big Tech does it, and that's actually expected and reasonable.
