I haven’t been decided on the update Apple is making, but my opinion on that aside. Whoever used that terminology about concerned users needs fired ASAP because it indicates a toxic culture and attitude. If this was a first incident for the person and they’d literally stayed up 24 hrs, then maybe they could stay if they sincerely worked hard at showing they understood why their actions were harmful to both Apple and its customers.

- ksec 5y agoApple has had this we are righteous attitude for quite a long time. Somewhere along the line, Steve Jobs' last message to Apple to do the right thing has taken them into this direction. Without some sort of self reflection ( which they dont have ), it wont change. And this email is showing.
