Reasons hybrid offices won’t work
- maxharris 5y agoOffice environments don't work for most people, and there's no putting the genie back in the bottle. Stagnant companies run by boomers that insist on physical offices have to compete for talent and financing against dynamic fully-remote companies that run circles around them. In a sense, the headline is true: hybrid offices aren't going to last. Before long, fully remote organizations will be the norm in every competitive industry.
