I think I will selfishly say I couldn't care less about child abuse as much as my iPhone being entirely mine with only actors/people with my explicit opt-in consent to be able to look at. I find that perhaps the root of what Apple thinks is not many people think that way but it's not even something I have to think about: I know clearly that is enough to move off the Apple ecosystem. If anyone thinks or says otherwise they ought to think about what else they would agree to where the other person can do what they want to them without their consent.
