The superhero genre already went through the deconstruction phase. The Watchmen comic book is from 1986. It did not kill the genre - if anything it revitalized it by introducing new themes. Frank Millers The Dark Knight was supposed to deconstruct and subvert Batman, but instead revitalized the character, so he is now the most popular superhero.
On film, the Watchmen movie predates the current Marvel movie wave which mean we got the reconstruction before the genre it was supposed to reconstruct. There have also been several superhero-team parodies like "The Specials" before we got the serious versions.
So it is safe to say the genre will not be killed by deconstructions, subversion and parodies. The genre will die when the audience lose interest and the moves stop making a profit. Subversions will probably help keep it alive longer.
If you are not a fan of the genre you probably hope the superhero genre will soon end its dominance of the cinema box office. But don't hold your breath.
