So this is basically just a strongly worded letter.
Anything here or elsewhere suggestive of the FTC actually doing anything else, like investigating for other wrongful denial of service?
....would that even be within their powers to investigate?
- pm90 5y agoThese letters help to set the record straight as to what Facebooks actions really mean. Fb tried to justify its action as if it was forced to do so by FTC regulations; FTC is saying, “nice try, but no”.
